Andrew Park, MD
Dr. Park attended Yonsei University, College of Medicine and did his Family Practice residency at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY and John F. Kennedy Medical Center in Edison, NJ. Dr. Park is certified with the American Board of Family Practice. Dr. Park currently work for Columbia County Health System in Dayton, WA and will be permanently practicing at Garfield County Hospital District in the clinic and as Medical Director.
Morgan Fife, MD
Dr. Fife attended Ross University School of Medicine and did his residency with Mercy Hospital in Janesville, WI. He has a special interest in Well Child Care, Preventative Medicine for Men and Women, and Sports Medicine. Dr. Fife understands the effect illness has on someone’s life and takes a positive approach to getting his patients well again.
Mary Klingner, MD
Dr. Klingner attended the University of Missouri Columbia School of Medicine and did her Family Practice residency at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. Dr. Klingner is certified with the American Board of Family Practice. Dr. Klingner has worked at a several small rural facilities in Washington State.

Eric Aronsohn, PA-C
Eric has been an active provider in the region for many years. He specializes in Family Medicine as well as Emergency Medicine. Eric is active member of the Air Force Reserve, he has a Bachelor’s of Health Science, Brigham Young University and a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS), University of Utah School of Medicine.
Rhonda Freeman, ARNP
Rhonda received her nursing degree from Jackson Memorial Hospital School of Nursing and graduated in 1985. Received her bachelors in science with St. Francis University in Illinois. She completed her BSN and Masters for FNP at the Barry University in Miami Florida. Prior to her masters she worked 19 years in the coronary critical care unit and the last 10 years in recovery room for outpatient surgeries.
Kristine Kehler, ARNP
Kris received her Bachelors degree in Biology from the University of Washington, and completed her Nursing degree at Olympic College. She earned her Masters as a FNP from Washington State University. Prior to obtaining her Masters degree she worked as an RN in ER, pediatrics and the Mother and Baby unit.
Corbin Moberg, PA-C
Corbin has worked in various facilities throughout central Washington. He specializes in both Emergency Medicine as well as Orthopedics. He is an Air Force Veteran. Formal education includes a Bachelor’s of Science, Columbia Southern University and a Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS), University of North Dakota.
Rich Stowe, PA-C
Rich is an experienced provider who specializes in Emergency Medicine as well as hospitalized patients. He is very active in his church and his community. His formal education includes a Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS), University of St. Francis.
Dennis “Sonny” Talbot, PA-C
Sonny is excited to return to return to Garfield County Hospital District to reestablish his practice and to support the community medical needs. Sonny has 6 years’ experience as a Physician Assistant in Remote and Rural settings. He has experience in Emergency Medicine and various degrees of acuity. Sonny graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine as a Physician Assistant.
William Waites, PA-C
A graduate of the University of North Dakota’s Physician Assistant program, Bill has spent his career treating patients in the Moses Lake/Central Washington area. Fluent in Spanish, Bill brings a variety of experience and enjoys working with everyone from newborns to the challenges faced by our senior population. Bill practices in both Emergency and Family Medicine.
